Our semi-private room is perfect for your future event. We can customize the menu to fit your taste and style of dining experience desired. Whether celebrating a birthday, wedding rehearsal, bar/bat mitzvah, baby shower or a simple get together with friends IL Forno is the perfect venue.
GUEST COUNT: is due 24 hours prior to the event. Please confirm the guest count and if you do not update this number we will use the initial booking number as a firm guarantee. You will be charged for the confirmed number of guests or the number actually served, whichever is greater.
GRATUITY: all food and beverages are subject to a 20% service charge and is added to your final bill. A 10.25% (or most current) sales tax will also be added to the bill before the gratuity is applied.
BOOKING THE PRIVATE ROOM: a minimum of 38 guests is required in order to book the full room Friday or Saturday night and a minimum of 35 guests is required for booking the room Sunday thru Thursday. There is no room charge and our closing time in 11:00 pm.
DEPOSIT: $500 deposit is required on all orders and is refundable if the event is canceled within 10 days in advance of the scheduled event.
PAYMENT: is due in full at the conclusion of your event with cash, credit card or corporate check. All charges will be applied to one account. We cannot be responsible for collecting from individual guests.
WINE & BEER: No outside wine or beer can be permitted for corkage service. Please select wine and beer from our extensive wine list.
IL FORNO: will not assume responsibility for any lost items.
